At MotionGrey, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ergonomic workspace setup. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Disassemble your furniture and place all components, including hardware and manuals, back into the original shipping boxes to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for damage, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
